If your business was honest and trustworthy these reports would not bother you as you should be able to take a bit of criticism on the chin. The fact you do not, suggests this report holds some merit. I suggest if you wish to take this further you go the legal route. These are not slanderous comments these are the views and opinions of customers that have been passed to this website.

We can provide full details of our insurance and method statements to any potential customers. The leaflet above was used by our company over two years ago and was nothing more than a smart marketing gimmick. We use lots of different marketing techniques in order to maintain our business growth in these difficult economic times. We have serviced over 100,000 homes and our complaints are less than 0.3% which we are very proud of. Any complaints are addressed by our staff and we rectify anything we have done wrong, which is inevitable in our working environment.
