Charity begins at home…

Fundraising these days doesn’t take a lot of imagination but with charities all over the TV and quite a few charities based in Cardiff North it can be an uphill struggle to get people to donate a couple of quid to your chosen charitable cause. Cuppa with a Copper!

There are quite a few shops within the village that are vacant or closed. One that frequently falls under the latter is our very own police station, or shop as I like to call it.

It is supposed to be open every weekday 9am until 4pm but that’s providing there is a member of staff available to man the desk at the shop. Which more often than not, there isn’t. Read more
